Hannah's Autumn Group Classes:
 

 
Basic Yoga
Improve stamina, flexibility,
and balance while participating in a carefully
sequenced and enjoyable class. This class
introduces a variety of techniques to calm
and revitalize the mind and body and will help
alleviate stress. A blanket or mat is required
along with loose, comfortable attire. All levels
are welcome. Each session is 6 classes.
Mondays - 6:15-7:30 p.m.
Jan. 9, 23, 30, Feb. 6, 13, 27
Fee - $48 per session
Location - East Hill Elementary School, Gymnasium      (Camillus, NY)
 
Power Yoga
Come and enjoy a powerful cardiovascular
workout while focusing on improving strength
and stamina. This class will provide you with the
experience and knowledge of different healing
breaths and carefully sequenced postures and
stretches that will revitalize and refresh your
body and mind. Expect to work hard and enjoy
thorough relaxation at the end of the workout.
Each session is 6 classes.
Thursdays - 6:00-7:15 p.m.
Jan. 5, 12, 19, 26, Feb. 2, 9
Fee - $48 per session
Location - Stonehenge Elementary School, Gold Cafeteria (Camillus, NY)
